How It Works:
- Reserve Your Pork: Choose a whole or half hog and place your deposit to secure your order.
- Processing & Butcher Options: Once your pig is ready, we’ll take it to our trusted processor. You’ll work directly with them to customize your cuts—bacon, sausage, hams, chops, and more!
- Final Payment & Pickup: Your deposit goes toward the final price, based on the hanging weight of the animal. Once processed, you’ll pay the remaining balance and pick up your pork from the butcher.
Pricing & Details:
- Whole Hog: Approximately 150-200 lbs hanging weight
- Half Hog: Approximately 75-100 lbs hanging weight
- Cost: $4.00 per pound (hanging weight) + processing fees paid directly to the butcher
- Deposit: $200 (applies to final cost)
